This Privacy Policy describes how SEBKA TECHNOLOGY SL (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information in connection with the ORIGENIA application for Meta Quest devices.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency regarding how the app interacts with your device's features.

2. Permissions and Data Processing

Does ORIGENIA collect user data?

No. However, the application requests access to specific Platform Features (such as Microphone or Sensors) solely because they are required by the underlying engine (Unreal Engine) to run on Meta Quest devices.

Although the application may request these permissions to function, we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to our servers.

Clarification on Specific Permissions:

All data processing related to these features happens locally on the user’s device (Meta Quest).

3. How data is used

Since data processing is strictly local and ephemeral, it is used solely for:

Visualizing the VR/AR environment: Using camera/sensor data to render the experience in real-time.
App Functionality: Ensuring the game engine runs correctly on the Meta Horizon OS.

We do not use this data for analytics, advertising, user profiling, or behavior tracking.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: We do not store personal user data on our servers.

Deletion (User Rights):

Since all data (if any, such as local save files or cache) is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it:

Local Data Deletion: You can delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the application or clearing the app data through the Meta Quest storage settings.
Server Data: As we do not collect personal data on external servers, there is no remote data to delete.

However, if you wish to verify that no data related to you is held by us, or if you have any privacy concerns, you can formally request this information.

5. Third-Party Services

The application does not use third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising networks, or external APIs that collect personal information from users.

If in the future we integrate any third-party service that processes data, we will update this section to describe that processing and provide appropriate controls.

6. Children’s Privacy

ORIGENIA does not knowingly collect or process personal data from children.

Because the app does not collect user data, it is suitable for use by all ages from a data-privacy perspective. Parents and guardians should still supervise children’s use of VR devices according to Meta’s guidelines.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if new features are introduced that require the processing of personal data or other user information.

If that happens, we will update this page and, where appropriate, notify users in-app or via the Meta Quest store listing before such changes take effect.
